School Year 2025-2026

Application for Pre-Kindergarten–8th Grade

Saint Bernadette Catholic School accepts applications for the new school year starting in November. As part of the application process, required documents must be uploaded with the application.

Prior to completing the application, please take time to complete a quick survey that will allow us to help you with your application. Click here Admissions Inquiry

Upon completing the survey, you will automatically be redirected to the diocesan application. Complete the Diocesan Catholic School Application and select Saint Bernadette as your #1 choice of school.

Completing the online application

The following documents must be uploaded as part of your application:

• Birth Certificate (the original will need to be presented for review prior to the beginning of the school year);

• Baptismal certificate, if applicable;

• Health and vaccination forms (all vaccinations must be up-to-date, and a new health form will be required prior to starting school)

• Educational testing and school records from current and past years

• IEP or 504, if applicable.

Saint Bernadette Catholic School admission process and prioritization

Space availability is determined in January and is based on the number of current students returning next year. Applications are reviewed with the following priority:

• Siblings of current students
• Saint Bernadette parish children
• Catholic families without an attached school and military families
• Catholic families with an attached school
• Children of other faiths

If a slot is available, we will reach out to you to start the admissions process and collect an application fee. The fee is $100 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. The fee may be paid by:

• Cash or a check made out to Saint Bernadette Catholic School
• By credit card (in person or over the phone). A service fee does apply.
